Thank you for taking a minute to check out Collective Church! We know it can be a big step to try a new church, especially if you're not sure what to expect, so we just wanted to introduce ourselves.

We met while serving together on a church team. What began as leading a small group together soon became the beginning of our story. We have been married since 2019 and are raising three amazing boys—Elliot, Banks, and Bennett.

Our lives have been shaped by the local Church. Through it, we encountered God, found a place to belong, and experienced the kind of transformation that comes from living in authentic, faith-filled community. That story continues to fuel our hearts to help others experience the same life found in Jesus.

Andrew has served in a variety of leadership roles, including worship ministry, next-gen ministry, and associate pastor, and also brings experience from leading a family business in the marketplace. He loves sports, finding the best wings in town, and spending time outdoors with his three boys.

Nicole has a background in creative/next-gen ministry and has served on the team with the Association of Related Churches. She loves being a mom, reading a good book & meeting friends for coffee.

As a family, we are passionate about building a church that exists not just for Sundays, but for everyday life. The local Church is God’s plan to bring hope to cities, and we are committed to investing in people, families, and the next generation to see middle Tennessee transformed—one life at a time.
